The final report entitled "Energy Management System In Electric Car". Making the report is intended that the author can create an energy management in electric cars with the help of ACS712 current sensor as a measurement of a continuous electrical current in batteries and voltage divider as a voltage sensor for measuring the battery voltage level, the second sensor is used to measure the energy capacity unused and stored in batteries. The method used is to conduct research and utilize the capacity of the batteries for energy capacity data on electric cars. On the tool side, there is a safety sensing device batteries as an energy source in electric cars, according ACS712 current sensor values and Diveder Voltage circuit which serves to provide an analog voltage signal as a data signal input to the microcontroller ATMega32 which serves to convert the data into the management system energy. ATMega32 microcontroller is used as the data processing unit will perform data processing voltage and current continuously when given load. The result is to give an indication of the form using the buzzer alarm if the condition of energy in electric cars below the level of 50%. then disconnect and connect the BLDC motor load through Relay load on the electric car if the battery energy is insufficient capacity required electric cars.
