PERENCANAAN BANGUNAN GEDUNG RUMAH SAKIT KHUSUS MATA PALEMBANG SUMATERA SELATAN

This is the title of the fiinal report “The plan the hospital building special eye Palembang – Sumatera Selatan”. The purpose of this report to find out how to plan and estimate the strength of the Special Hospital building this exacting eye. In planning and building construction estimating, The authors use some literature and data that have a source of SNI 03-2847-2002 “The procedures for calculation of concrete structures for Buildings”, “Imposition regulation Indonesia for building 1987”, “Charts and tables calculation of reinforced concrete”, data were analyzed by using SAP 2000 vs.14 for calculation of the portal and the combination formula Istimawan and Gideon for the design of concrete beams and columns. Planning calculations through several steps : Calculation portals, Plates, Ladders, Beams, Columns, Sloof, Foundations, Calculation of the budget plan (RAB) and Curve “S”. The result show the floor Plate is 120 mm, Stair construction using ladders plates has a thickness of 120 mm. Dimensions of the beam was 350/600 mm, 250/550 mm, and 300/550 mm. Column Dimensions are 500/500 mm and 200/200 mm. Sloof dimensions are 300/600 mm and 300/550 mm. The Foundation Used is a piling foundation with piles size 30 x 30 cm and a Pilecap dimension of 1350 cm x 1350 cm x 70 cm. Based on calculations , the authors can conclude that the structure is safe and feasible and the authors suggestions in planning the structure, data and images must be complete and accurate calculation.
