Beside that, the author has predicted the maximum number of the vehicles in the future using a movement model with an average method. After a survey of traffic volume, cycle time, and geometric intersection at peak hours and analyzing the data, the authors find that the results for 4 phases of 355 seconds. While the existing cycle time by 4 phases of 278 seconds. This is caused by the increasing growth of traffic very quickly that exceed the capacity of the previous plan. The number of the vehicles on this intersection has reached saturation due to the number of vehicles currently almost equals the maximum number of prediction the vehicles obtained from the analysis a movement model with average method.
