The final report with title “Analysis Cost and Time Calculation at Housing Development Cipta Permai II with Network Planning Method by PT Athung Abadi Palembang describe about how to calculate the cost and time Cipta Permai II type 36 Establishment at PT Athung Abadi Palembang by using Network Planning method. The company did not use Network Planning method to plan cost and schedule time that they required in their projects. The Company determines the cost and time just based on work experience. The results of calculation using Network Planning method will affect to production costs, especially labor costs. This is due to the acceleration time of scheduling project by using the exact timing of Network Planning diagram. The execution of the project can be completed with a period of only 42 days earlier than the scheduled time of 60 days. The total cost of production for one unit type 36 of house only Rp 34,219,940, - from the total production cost before Rp 37,936,670, -.
