PENGARUH RASIO PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP PRICE EARNING RATIO PADA PERUSAHAAN OTOMOTIF DAN KOMPONEN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

THE EFFECT OF COMPANY’S PROFITABILITAS TO PRICE EARNING RATIO AT AUTOMOTIVE AND COMPONENT LISTED IN INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE Risnawati, 2014 (xiv + 42 Pages) Email: Risnawat1@yahoo.com The research aims to know the effect of the company’s profitabilitas such as return on asset, return on equity, earning per share and simutaneous partialy to the price earning ratio. This type of research is a quantitative study (assosiative). The population of research all 12 automotive and component listed in indonesian stock exchange 2010- 2012 period. Sampling selection is purpose sampling method. From the population of 12 companies these are 10 companies used as the the sample of research. Data used are secondary data source data comes from the site www.idx.co.id. Method of data collection using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that the independen variable, return on asset have significant effect neative on price earning ratio and return on equity have significant positive effect on price earning ratio. Simultaneous return on asset and return on equit have a significant effect on price earning ratio. Keyword: Return On Asset, Return On Equity, and Price Earning Ratio
