THE ANALYSIS OF INFLUENCE OF EARNING PER SHARE (EPS), RETURN ON EQUITY (ROE), AND DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO (DER) TOWARD TO PRICE STOCK COMPANY THAT WERE LISTED AT LQ 45 INDEX AT INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE ON PERIOD 2010-2012 Della Adelistya R, 2014 ( xiii + 50 pages) Email: rdellaadelistya@yahoo.com The purpose of written of this final report is to analyse the influence of independent variables EPS, ROE and DER to dependent variable price stock. Data that used was financial and annual reports of 2010, 2011 and 2012 of company that listed on LQ 45 Index due 6 periods that published on www.idx.co.id website. The analysis method that used on this research is quantitative method with analysis of linier multiple regression, descriptive statistic test and hypothesis test. The result of this research shows that the three independent variables have significant influence toward the price stock and partially only Earning per share (EPS) one of the three indpendent variables has positive and significant influence toward the price stock, while two others independent variables Returnon Equity and Debt to Equity Ratio have no significant influence toward the price stock. The ability of the three variables to predicts the price stock was 82%, while the remaining 18% is influenced by other factors not included in this research.
