PEMASANGAN KERAMIK TEMPAT WUDHU/TOILET PADA MUSHOLLA AR-RAHMAN

The place of ablution/ toilet is one of the facilities that must be provided so that religious education and worship activities in the mosque can run smoothly. However, the place of ablution / toilet on the Mushola Ar-Rahman is located at the Griya Meteor Indah House / Perum Pemkot is located at Jalan Lettu Kadir, Gandus Palembang, it does not meet the requirements as the place for ablution / toilet that is clean, holy, serving and aesthetically pleasing. This is due to the ablution drain, wall tiles and floor tiles on the terrace have not been installed to the road to the prayer room.The selection of location and training topic aims to apply the knowledge that has been given to students to the society. The installation of ceramics and bricks for the ablution place / toilet drain of the Ar-Rahman prayer room has linear competency skills with the subjects / modules taught in the Civil Engineering Department of the Sriwijaya State Polytechnic.The process of installing ceramics for ablution / toilet at the Ar-Rahman Musholla is carried out by providing direction and supervision, the mason can receive input and advice given during the work in progress. The masons can also understand, utilize and apply stone working technology, so that the installed ceramics are expected that it does not pop/ lift or crack on the wall tiles and floor tiles.
