OPTIMALISASI KELOMPOK USAHA BERSAMA (KUBE) BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN KELUARGA (Studi Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) Sumber Urip di Desa Bantal, Kecamatan Asembagus, Kabupaten Situbondo)

This study aims to describe the Optimization of Joint Business Groups (KUBE) Based on Local Wisdom in Efforts to Improve Family Welfare in Pillow Village, Situbondo, East Java. Basically, KUBE is a program focused on empowering the middle to lower class people. Situbondo in 2017 was one of the cities with the highest percentage of poor people in East Java with 13.05%. Based on this percentage, there are many joint business groups in Situbondo Regency, one of the KUBE that attracts researchers is the Sumber Urip Joint Business Group (KUBE), because it adopts local wisdom in Pillow village, namely the traditional management of forest honey products. This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques with interviews, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model (Miles and Huberman). The KUBE program implemented in the area has helped improve the welfare of the KUBE members. However, in its implementation, there are several challenges faced by KUBE members so that synergy from all parties is needed to optimize the KUBE program in the Bantal village
