Customer satisfaction is an important and critical issue to ensure the comfort of its customers in an organization. Students act as a client to an educational institution has its own requirements that must be met by the management of the institution. The objective of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction with the services offered by the Center for Culture and Arts (PBS) among College of Business (COB) students, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) selected based on several factors such as location, access, service staff and the service.
