Sharia laundry is a laundry that in its implementation uses sharia principles. Many factors affect the quality and operation of a business in the service sector, thus affecting the satisfaction of customers or service users. Sharia Laundry is an option to increase customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the customer satisfaction of Islamic laundry from the perspective of Islamic economics, the distinction of laundry shari'ah in the aspects of customer satisfaction, and the marketing strategy used by Islamic laundry in increasing customer satisfaction from the perspective of the Islamic economy.
