This study was conducted to find out the characteristics, type of the duty and job satisfaction of health care managers at the worksite. The subjects of this study were 306 health care managers serving at worksite situated in Kyungin presently in 1994, concerning their job. Major depedent variables were health management, environmental management, and health planning related with health care managers\' job; these variables were measured by nominal scale consisted of 9 items respectively.
