RESUMEN : Fundamento: La cefalea es uno de los motivos de consulta más frecuente en los servicios de Neurología, y aunque las cefaleas trigémino-autonómicas (CTA), especialmente la cefalea en racimos (CR), no sea la causa más frecuente, su prevalencia es significativa. La CR es una de las cefaleas más invalidantes que existen, que cursa con dolor unilateral localizado en el área periorbitaria, retroorbitaria o temporal acompañada de síntomas autonómicos ipsilaterales. A fecha de hoy, las series con un número de pacientes importante con CTA, y en concreto con CR, son escasas.
