The Burn out Syndrome refers to state mental and physical exhaustion in people exposed to great deals of stress, for instance: nurses. The purpose of our research has been to determine the regularity of the Burnout Syndrome and its symptoms (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and lack of personal achievement) among the nursing staff. A quality research was conducted among nurses. All the information was gathered in a questionnaire and a non participant observation made by the researchers.
