En este trabajo se realiza un análisis de la construcción judicial del tiempo de trabajo efectivo, concretamente, del desplazamiento que deben realizar las personas trabajadoras para poder llevar a cabo su actividad profesional. De esta forma, se diferencia entre el desplazamiento que llevan a cabo las personas asalariadas desde su domicilio hasta el centro de trabajo, así como el que realizan aquellas desde su domicilio hasta el del primer cliente y viceversa, y, por último, el de aquellas personas trabajadoras que no cuentan con un centro de trabajo habitual, sino que su actividad se caracteriza por realizarse de forma itinerante sin quedar adscritos a ningún centro de trabajoIn this work it is carried out an analysis of the judicial cons...
