Thermoset resin sheets were prepared by denaturing soy protein isolate (SPI) and crosslinking it with glutaraldehyde. SPI resin was reinforced by hybrid RS/jute fabric (JFa) mats, to fabricate layered composites with high fiber content (up to 60%).
