Today's world thrives on knowledge-based economy, which in turn is catalyzed in all spheres by Information Communication Technologies (ICTs), We are, therefore, better placed now to keep abreast with the emerging trends in Education. As educators, we can use the cutting egdes of ICTs to reach out effectively and efficiently to the many aspiring learners in the field any time and at any place, even. teachers and students are separated by time and space. This is the trust of Open, Distance and Flexible Education (ODFE).
