[[alternative]]Montessori Materials Design and Implementation for Three-to-six-year-old Children – Solar System

[[abstract]]摘要 本課程實驗之目的為了解蒙特梭利教學脈絡下，3-6歲幼兒以浸潤式英語學習太陽系行星系統的成效。本實驗課程採比較單一樣本前測試及後測試結果之分析，來了解幼兒學習太陽系行星系統的結果。實驗課程以太陽系行星系統為教學內容，教學方法採結合蒙特梭利教學法及學習第二語言的聽說教學法(ALM)與肢體動作反應教學法(TPR)，並以前後測蒐集學習成果。實施課程教學期間，研究者透過觀察滾動修正教學活動。 課程實驗結果顯示，蒙特梭利具體實物的教具及教學方法，融入第二語言學習的聽、說教學及肢體動作反應教學法，對於幼兒理解抽象的太陽行星系統概念有所助益。關鍵詞：聽說教學法，肢體動作反應教學法，蒙特梭利教學 ，太陽系，幼兒[[abstract]]Abstract The main purpose of this study is to introduce the Solar System concept in English as an experiment of combining the Montessori cultural curriculum with ESL teaching techniques to 3-6-year-old preschoolers. The researcher conducted pre-and post-tests before and after implementing Solar System Montessori activities and conducting circle times in English in the corresponding topic. To review the results of teaching, the researcher uses a single sample of pre-and post-tests of the cognitive assessment method. Besides, through the teaching observations, the researcher adjusts and revises the designs and activities of the materials held in the classroom. The research results show that due to this study children have improved the knowledge of the English language and Solar System concept as they grew in all aspects.
