Contribution à l'histoire de l'UFR des Sciences Pharmaceutiques et Biologiques de Nantes : l'École de plein exercice pendant la Première Guerre Mondiale

While the role of pharmacists mobilized during the Great War is a subject that has been studied on several occasions, the history of Schools and Faculties of Pharmacy, as well as the individual paths of professors and students during this period, are less well known.In this year of commemoration of the centenary of the Armistice of the First World War, this thesis addresses these subjects for the school of medicine and pharmacy of Nantes.In addition to a reminder of the organizational and regulatory context of pharmaceutical studies at the beginning of the 20th century, a pivotal period with the concept of the uniqueness of the pharmacy diploma, the story of the school is transcribed and the career of eight professors. and forty students who attended the school during the WWI period were studied.Alors que le rôle des pharmaciens mobilisés pendant la Grande Guerre est un sujet qui a été étudié à plusieurs reprises, l’histoire des Ecoles et des Facultés de Pharmacie, ainsi que les parcours individuels des professeurs et élèves pendant cette période, sont moins connus.En cette année de commémoration du centenaire de l’Armistice de la Première Guerre Mondiale, cette thèse aborde ces sujets pour l’Ecole de Plein Exercice de Médecine et de Pharmacie de Nantes.Outre un rappel du contexte organisationnel et réglementaire des études pharmaceutiques au début du XXème siècle, période charnière qui a vu naître la notion d’unicité du diplôme de pharmacien, la « petite histoire » de l’Ecole est retranscrite et le parcours de huit professeurs et quarante étudiants ayant fréquenté l’Ecole pendant la période de la Première Guerre Mondiale a été étudié
