A hypnotic imagery technique with drawings was used with four persons who have the human immunodeficiency virus in an attempt to stop the virus activity, improve immune system functions and their state of well being. Three subjects completed ten sessions. All started out positive for virus activity as measured by the p24 blood test, and had negative p24 post-treatment, indicating the virus was inactive at the time of that blood test. The test for immune system functions, the T4:T8 ratio showed slight improvement in one subject, and a slight drop in the other two.
