The Purpose of this project is to establish a seminar, called Day of Dialogue, for experienced public school teachers who are working with BSC student teachers. The Day of Dialogue will strengthen school-college partnerships by explaining the BSC teacher education program and expectations of student teachers to the teachers who serve as cooperating practitioners. Faculty members, who supervise student teachers, will conduct the one-day program on site in selected “under performing” school districts. A total of nine seminars will be offered in nine public schools
