Good teachers build a strong foundation for our next generation. Therefore, their stories must be heard, shared, and learned. Human beings are diverse, and how-to textbooks cannot prepare teachers to face daily challenges. On the other hand, media and online discussion forums provide possibilities for teachers to discuss a particular complicated situation or episode. Through open communication and discussion, teachers have opportunities to share their processes of how to overcome struggles in order to achieve “aha” moments, and learn from each other.
