Coconut crop (cocos nucifera L) is one of natural resources which greatly benefit human life. Kernel of coconut is used as cooking and industry materials. At exterior of kernel of coconut there is flimsy coat so-called seed coat or testa. People often throw away coat of seed and it becomes solid waste. This waste still, possibly, contains substance, that is oil, which can be reused in our daily life. The result of this research shows that potency of kernel of coconut weighing 0,3976 kg/piece yields solid waste of testa weighing 0,0592 kg, the water rate of solid waste of testa of coconut is 47,79% and, the oil rate of solid waste of testa is 31,67%. Solid waste of testa has great potency as resource of vegetation oil
