Presence of teeth at birth or within a month postdelivery is a rare condition. We report here 2 casesto highlight their clinical features and discuss theirpossible treatment. A 7- days old female newbornwith two mandibular central incisors, noticed by theparents at birth, with complaint of continuouscrying, inability to suck milk and causing discomfortto the mother. The left incisor was highly mobilejustifying its extraction. The second case was afemale newborn referred 2 hours after delivery, fora brownish highly mobile mandibular incisornoticed by the pediatrician.
