In recent years there have been renewed interest in positive psychology that could enhance organizational productivity. This study is one of such studies. The study examined the influence of perceived social support and work-family conflict on work engagement. The study adopted a cross sectional survey design in which four hundred and thirty participants were purposively selected (men =252; women = 178), ages ranges from 24 to 58 years with a mean age of 36.7 years and standard deviation of 8.64.
