IMPORTANCE: Although the diagnosis of vitreoretinal lymphoma (VRL) can be challenging, early detection is critical for visual prognosis. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the spectrum of optical coherence tomography (OCT) findings in patients with biopsy-proven VRL and correlate these features with clinical parameters.
