The incidence of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome OSAS in child is significant. Three categories of OSAS have to be distinguished : 1) child with adeno-tonsillary hypertrophy 2) obese child and obese adolescent 3) child with genetic or neuromuscular pathology. Despite progress in recent years in terms of pathophysiology, diagnosis and initiation of therapy are still too late, which has an impact on morbidity.
