La loi du 10 janvier 1991 relative à la lutte contre le tabagisme et l’alcoolisme

To do so, he explains the genesis of this law by referring to the law of July 9, 1976 on the fight against smoking or to the DMOS of July 1987 on advertising and alcohol. Then, he highlights the report of a group of five hospital academics on smoking. According to the author, the Évin Act concerns the two main health determinants: tobacco and alcohol, and marks the awareness of public health. Pour cela, il expose la genèse de cette loi en s’appuyant sur la loi du 9 juillet 1976 sur la lutte contre le tabagisme ou sur les DMOS de juillet 1987 sur la publicité et l’alcool. Puis, il met en avant le rapport d’un groupe de cinq hospitalo-universitaires sur le tabagisme. La loi Évin concerne les deux principaux déterminants de santé selon l’auteur : le tabac et l’alcool, elle marque la prise de conscience de la santé publique. Enfin, il souligne l’importance de l’accompagnement, de la protection et de l’évolution d’une telle loi
