International audienceGeological investigations carried out as part of preliminary draft and project studies of the future railway line 16 of the Grand Paris Express highlighted spatial contrast of gypsum lutetian formations. In the north side of Sevran, a decompressed area with sporadic gypsum horizons contrasts with massive gypsum horizons of the south side. That lithological variation north-south has been interpreted in relation with the front of dissolution which is the result of the natural water flow in the lutetian aquifer. Research studies carried out by the partnership Cerema-Ineris for the company Grand Paris showed that in the context of the Paris Basin and at the kilometric gypsum terrain scale, kinetics of dissolution and evolu...
