PENGARUH PERSEPSI KEMANFAATAN DAN PERSEPSI KEMUDAHAN TERHADAP MINAT MASYARAKAT DALAM PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI SISTEM INFORMASI PENGADUAN MASYARAKAT ONLINE (SIKESAL) KOTA JAMBI: Indonesia

Abstract This study aims to determine how the influence of benefits perception and easiness perception of community’s interest in using Application of Online Public Complaint Information System (SIKESAL) in Jambi City. The analytical method used in this study is SEM-PLS with Smart-PLS version 3. The results of this study that community's interest in using the online public complaint information system (SiKESAL) application can be explained by the perception of benefits and easiness perception of 64.6% and the remaining 35.4% was explained by variables outside this study. Then, benefits and easiness perception had effect on the community's interest. Keywords: SiKESAL application, industrial revolution 4.0, benefits perception, easiness perception, technology.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh persepsi kemanfaatan dan persepsi kemudahan terhadap minat masyarakat dalam penggunaan aplikasi system informasi keluhan masyarakat online (SiKESAL) di Kota Jambi. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM-PLS dengan Smart-PLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa minat masyarakat dalam penggunaan aplikasi system informasi keluhan masyarakat online (SiKESAL) dapat dijelaskan oleh persepsi kemanfaatan dan persepsi kemudahan 64,6% dan sisanya 35,4% dijelaskan oleh variabel di luar penelitian ini. Selanjutnya, persepsi kemanfaatan dan kemudahan memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat masyarakat.
