Existing researches have confirmed that adjustment of adolescents depends on the fulfillment of their significant specific needs that consist of physical, social and intellectual needs. This study however, sought to confirm whether these factors really contributed to academic adjustment difficulties of first year students of Senior High Schools in New Juaben Municipality.
