The emergence of socially responsible consumers who crave products that reflect their social, ethical and moral consciousness, encourages organizations to carry out Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Actions. However, the influence of CSR on brand image of Ecuadorian companies has not yet been analyzed. In addition, current literature is inconclusive as to whether the realization of such actions has considerable influence in generating sales and profitability.
