Access restricted to the OSU CommunityThe purpose of this study was to examine the factors that contribute to the turnover of community college presidents. The quantitative research method approach was utilized. A 40-item survey was sent to 16 community college presidents and leaders (including faculty, classified staff, and trustees) in one Mid-Atlantic state to solicit responses to questions about the participants' perceptions of specific factors regarding turnover of community college presidents. The researcher used descriptive statistics, frequencies, percentage, Pearson r and Chi-Square to analyze the quantitative data.
