Access restricted to the OSU CommunityThe general problem in this study was to examine job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness (cohesiveness and job unification) among sport leaders in selected colleges and universities in the Republic of Korea. The subjects for this study were randomly selected from The R.O.K. College and University Personnel Directory. 1997. The subjects were college employees in sport programs in colleges and universities.
