Oregon Wave Energy Trust (OWET) is a nonprofit\ud public-private partnership funded by the Oregon\ud Innovation Council. Its mission is to support the responsible\ud development of wave energy in Oregon.\ud OWET emphasizes an inclusive, collaborative\ud model to ensure that Oregon maintains its competitive\ud advantage and maximizes the economic\ud development potential of this emerging industry.\ud Our work includes stakeholder outreach and education,\ud policy development, environmental assessment,\ud applied research and market development
