Mamdani type fuzzy logic based greenhouse climate control system design

YÖK Tez No: 677384İklim şartlarının değişkenlik gösterdiği ve kuraklıkla yüz yüze kalmaya başladığımız günümüzde, doğada var olan her kaynağı en etkili ve verimli bir şekilde kullanmak zorundayız. Bu zorunluluk özellikle tarımsal üretim alanında başta sulama olmak üzere üretimde kullanılan her kalemde tasarruf edilecek sistemlerin kullanımını ön plana çıkarmaktadır. Tezimizde, son dönemlerde hemen her alanda uygulamalarını sıklıkla gördüğümüz bulanık mantık denetim sistemi kullanılarak seranın içerisindeki iklim koşullarını sağlamaya yönelik bir çalışma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada bulanık mantık kontrolcüsünün giriş verileri olarak; ortam sıcaklığı, bağıl nem, toprak nemi, aydınlık şiddeti ve CO2 miktarı kullanılmıştır. Kontrolü gerçekleştirilen çıkışlar ise; ısıtma, soğutma, sulama, perdeleme, aydınlatma ve havalandırma olmuştur. Çalışmamızda uygulamaya başlamadan önce bulanık mantık denetim sistemi ve kural tabanı MATLAB Fuzzy Logic Toolbox ile oluşturulmuştur. Ardından farklı giriş verilerine göre, tasarlanan sistemin ürettiği çıkış değerleri Simulink ile test edilmiştir. Bir sonraki aşamada ise tasarımı yapılan bulanık mantık sisteminin gerçek uygulamada kullanılacak yazılım kodları hazırlanmıştır. Hazırlanan kodların çalışması Proteus ISIS programı ile simüle edilerek uygulama aşamasına geçilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen uygulama devresinin testleri yapılarak, Simulink'te elde edilen test verileriyle karşılaştırılmış ve tasarlanan sistemin toplamda %2.29 oranında bir hata payı ile gerekli çıkışları sağladığı görülmüştür.Today, when the climatic conditions change and we start to face drought, we have to use every resource in nature by the most effective and efficient way. This necessity highlights the use of systems to save money in every item used in production, especially in irrigation, especially in the field of agricultural production. In our thesis, a study has been carried out to ensure the climatic conditions in the greenhouse by using the fuzzy logic control system, which we have seen frequently in almost every field recently. In this study, as input data of fuzzy logic controller; ambient temperature, relative humidity, soil moisture, light intensity and CO2 amount were used. The controlled outputs are; heating, cooling, irrigation, screening, lighting and ventilation. Before starting the application in our study, fuzzy logic control system and rule base were created with MATLAB Fuzzy Logic Toolbox. Then, the output values produced by the designed system according to different input data were tested with Simulink. In the next stage, the software codes to be used in the real application of the designed fuzzy logic system were prepared. The work of the prepared codes was simulated with the Proteus ISIS program and the implementation phase was started. The implemented application circuit was tested and compared with the test data obtained in Simulink, and it was seen that the designed system provided the required outputs with an error margin of 2.29% in total
