DergiPark: 726385klujesIn this study, we defined some new concepts and investigated some basic properties about neutrosophic rationals and in particular about neutrosophic integers. For this pupose, firstly, we find the invertible elements in the sets of neutrosophic integers and neutrosophic rationals, define the norm of a neutrosophic rational and prove some important properties of the norm. Later using this definition and properties, we give some divisibility properties, neutrosophic prime number concept, factorization in neutrosophic integers.
