The advertising ethics has been analyzed under companies' and agencies' perspective. Little has been found in what the consumer's view is concerned. This thesis aims to analyze the consumers' opinion respecting TV ads, under the light of the natural right, the Code of Consumer's Defense and the Code of Advertising Self-Regulation in Brazil.
