A dignidade da pessoa humana e sua adequação estatal no âmbito da microcefalia causada pela SCZv

This work aimed to bring to light the need to determine the causes that prevented people with microcephaly from having respected their right to dignified care by the municipal government, during the gestational period of their mothers infected by the Zika virus (SCZv), based on the right to human dignity. The methodology to achieve the object of the research was carried out through bibliographic research, as well as the field research, aiming to determine whether or not there was the implementation of the law in the case in question, with the municipal agencies of Macaé-RJ, linked to the area of between 2015/2018. As a result of the research, the lack of communication between the city's hospitals and the Epidemiological Surveillance was detected, inhibiting full care for those families with children with SCZv, a situation that affects their development and affects the dignity of these children.Este trabalho objetivou trazer à tona a necessidade de determinar as causas que impediram as pessoas portadoras de microcefalia de terem respeitado seu direito a atendimento digno por parte do Poder Público municipal, durante o período gestacional de suas mães contaminadas pelo vírus da Zika (SCZv), com fundamento no direito à dignidade da pessoa humana. A metodologia para alcançar o objeto da pesquisa foi realizada através de pesquisa bibliográfica, bem como a pesquisa de campo, visando determinar se houve ou não a implementação da lei no caso em comento, junto aos órgãos municipais de Macaé-RJ, ligados à área de saúde, entre 2015/2018. Como resultado da pesquisa, foi detectada a falta de comunicação entre os hospitais da cidade e a Vigilância Epidemiológica, inibindo o atendimento pleno para aquelas famílias possuidoras de menores com SCZv, situação que afeta seu desenvolvimento e fere a dignidade desses menores
