AbstractIn this essay, we aim to delineate elements of the Habermas and Hannah Arendt theories about the division between public, private and social spheres, as well as about communicative action in Habermas, in an attempt to convey transpositions of these concepts into the field of organizations. The analysis of the basics of Habermasian construction allows us to take a direct look at the delimitation of the field of interactions and the adoption of linguistic categories of analysis directed to the individual in the environment.
