Justiça em Aristóteles, Kant e Sandel: Um Estudo Comparado

This work intends to show the conception of justice for great masters in this subject. They are Aristotle, Kant e Sandel. The reason of the choice of these specialists is that each one lived in different ages, so, their point of view serve as a paradigm to this study. In Aristotle it will be explored the conception of justice in Ethic to Nicomachean, where it searches to characterize an understanding of the meaning of justice as a virtue strictly human by interpretative analyses.; In Kant, the doctrine of law in Metaphysics of Morals; and, finally, Michael J. Sandel, in the work Justice - what is the right thing to do.Este trabalho tem por objetivo demonstrar a concepção de justiça para grandes mestres no assunto. São eles: Aristóteles, Kant e Sandel. A razão da escolha desses especialistas é que como cada um viveu em épocas bem diferentes, seus pontos de vista servem de paradigma para o presente estudo. Em Aristóteles será explorada a concepção de justiça em Ética a Nicômaco, onde se busca caracterizar uma compreensão do sentido de justiça enquanto virtude estritamente humana mediante análise interpretativa; em Kant, na doutrina do direito em Metafísica dos Costumes; e, finalmente, Michael J. Sandel, na obra Justiça o que é fazer a coisa certa
