Adolescente-mãe em conflito com a lei: vivência da maternidade em cumprimento de medida socioeducativa

No. of bitstreams: 1 DISSERTACAONADIRALMEIDA.pdf: 841375 bytes, checksum: 39855488d66a4b8fa405614b3a17d43f (MD5) Previous issue date: 2011Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo investigar os sentidos acerca da vivência de maternidade de adolescentes-mães em conflito com a lei que cumprem medida socioeducativa de internação, a partir de entrevistas realizadas em trabalho de campo na Comunidade de Atendimento Socioeducativo (CASE/SSA) que integra a Fundação da Criança e do Adolescente do Estado da Bahia (FUNDAC/BA). Objetivou-se analisar a transição para a maternidade – com foco sobre gestação, cuidado e educação da criança – além da vivência afetiva e sexual e das repercussões do cumprimento da medida de internação para a maternidade. Participaram da pesquisa cinco adolescentes, selecionadas a partir do critério de maternidade em cumprimento de medida socioeducativa de internação. Foram entrevistados dois educadores de medida, a fim de contextualizar as práticas e normas da CASE. Sendo a amostra qualitativa intencionalmente não-aleatória, ela não é estatisticamente representativa do fenômeno da gravidez na adolescência nem tampouco do perfil de jovem que comete ato infracional, mas é elucidativa acerca da circunstância da infração, vida familiar, sexual e reprodutiva das adolescentes participantes. O roteiro de entrevistas aplicado às adolescentes, especialmente elaborado para alcançar os objetivos da pesquisa, consta de sete tópicos relativos à trajetória escolar, familiar, infracional e afetivo-sexual, incluindo a maternidade adolescente. O roteiro aplicado aos educadores inclui questões que visam apreender sua perspectiva acerca de sete dimensões da vivência da maternidade da jovem em cumprimento de medida de internação. Analisados a partir do contraste entre significações recorrentes e singulares, os dados revelam que a vivência da maternidade neste contexto é especular em face da condição feminina e de classe cuja exclusão social é agravada pela baixa escolaridade.This research aims to investigate the meanings of the experience of motherhood as lived by adolescent mothers in conflict with the law who are institutionalized under socio-educational measures, based on interviews carried out during field work in the Socio-Educational Services Community (CASE/SSA) that integrates the Children and Adolescents’ Foundation in the State of Bahia (FUNDAC/BA). The objective was to examine the transition to motherhood with a focus on pregnancy, child care and education as well as the emotional and sexual experiences, and the impact of the institutionalization measures for motherhood. Five selected teenagers participated in the research using the criteria of motherhood under socio-educational measures of institutionalization. We interviewed two educators of measure in order to contextualize the practices and standards of CASE. And the sample is intentionally nonrandom qualitative, it is not statistically representative of the phenomenon of teenage pregnancy nor the profile of youth who commits an infraction, but informative about the circumstances of the offense, family life, sexual and reproductive health of the adolescent participants. The interview applied to the adolescents, specifically designed to achieve the objectives of the study, consists of seven topics related to school life, family, and criminal record and sexual affective, including, teenage motherhood. The interview applied to the educators included questions that highlight their perspective on the seven dimensions of the experience of young motherhood in compliance with institutionalization measures. Taken from the meanings of contrast between recurrent and unique, the data shows that the experience of motherhood in this context is specular in the face of womanhood and class, in which social exclusion is aggravated by low educational levels
