Inclusão escolar e resistência docente: a dimensão subjetiva dos professores e suas determinações

This research aims to analyze the resistance of teachers to inclusive pedagogical practices, considering the dimension of subjectivity and its constitutive determinations. Therefore, it started from the following question: what are the meanings that make up the teachers' subjectivity and reverberate in the movement of resistance to school inclusion? The theoretical contribution used is found in the so-called socio-historical psychology, more precisely in the studies of Lev Vygotsky. Regarding the methodological path, it is a qualitative research of the case study type, carried out in a public school in the municipality of Maranguape-Ceará-Brazil. The research participants were three teachers, chosen from the application of generating questions linked to the research objective. To access the socio-historical determinations that guide the subjective processes of the research participants, we use the core meanings. The results reveal the low expectations of teachers regarding the learning of students with disabilities, which reverberates in their pedagogical practices and perpetuates the historical process of segregation of these individuals. In the same way, they indicate that the teachers' meanings about disability are appropriate and synthesized from an ideal of man demanded by the capitalist mode of production, and, for this reason, they are anchored in an incapacitating and unproductive image, a fact that has repercussions on the teaching and building non / excluding pedagogical practices. The meanings produced by the teachers demonstrate that: I) the target audience of special education cannot access the content due to issues exclusively related to disability, II) they feel alone and lost at work with inclusion, III) the way inclusion is apprehended portrays a prison or punishment and puts at risk what they have learned about teaching practices, and, IV) feelings of transgression, sin and guilt due to frustrations regarding the learning indicators of students with disabilities. From the discussions and results learned throughout this research, it is concluded that the production of teachers' subjectivity results from mediations related to historical and cultural processes that invalidate and incapacitate people with disabilities. Therefore, the meanings produced by teachers point to the fabrication of disabilities and maladjustments of students with disabilities in the face of the project of man and society pursued by the school that translate into the movement of resistance to the process of school inclusionEsta pesquisa tem por objetivo analisar a resistência de professores às práticas pedagógicas inclusivas, considerando a dimensão da subjetividade e suas determinações constitutivas. Para tanto, partiu-se da seguinte questão: quais as significações que compõem a subjetividade dos professores e reverberam no movimento de resistência à inclusão escolar? O aporte teórico utilizado se encontra na chamada Psicologia Sócio-histórica, mais precisamente nos estudos de Lev Vygotsky. No tocante ao caminho metodológico, trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa do tipo estudo de caso, este realizado em uma escola da rede pública do município de Maranguape, no estado do Ceará, Nordeste do Brasil. As participantes da pesquisa foram três professoras, escolhidas a partir da aplicação de questões geradoras ligadas ao objetivo de pesquisa. Para o acesso às determinações sócio-históricas que orientam os processos subjetivos das participantes da pesquisa, utilizaram-se os núcleos de significações. Os resultados revelam a baixa expectativa das professoras quanto à aprendizagem dos alunos com deficiência, o que reverbera em suas práticas pedagógicas e perpetua o processo histórico de segregação desses indivíduos. Do mesmo modo, indicam que as significações dos professores sobre a deficiência são apropriadas e sintetizadas a partir de um ideal de homem demandado pelo modo de produção capitalista e que, por essa razão, tais significações se ancoram em uma imagem incapacitante e improdutiva, fato que repercute no fazer docente e na construção de práticas pedagógicas in/excludentes. As significações produzidas pelos docentes demonstram que: I) os alunos que são público-alvo da educação especial não conseguem acessar os conteúdos por questões exclusivamente ligadas à deficiência; II) sentem-se sozinhos e perdidos no trabalho com a inclusão; III) o modo como a inclusão é apreendida retrata uma prisão ou castigo e coloca em risco aquilo que aprenderam sobre práticas de ensino; IV) há um sentimento de transgressão, pecado e culpa em decorrência das frustrações relativas aos indicadores de aprendizagem dos alunos com deficiência. A partir das discussões e resultados apreendidos ao longo desta pesquisa, conclui-se que a produção da subjetividade dos professores decorre de mediações relacionadas aos processos históricos e culturais que invalidam e incapacitam as pessoas com deficiência. Portanto, as significações produzidas pelos professores apontam para a fabricação de incapacidades e desajustes dos alunos com deficiência frente ao projeto de homem e de sociedade perseguidos pela escola, que se traduzem no movimento de resistência ao processo de inclusão escolar
