Because of Law n.º 13,146 sanctioned in 2015, education institutions have the duty to adapt to students with disabilities. This study aims to understand how a public university acts in the process of inclusion of students with disabilities (visual). We define our research as a way to conduct a qualitative study, specifically a case study of this HEI. To do this, we use observation techniques and interviews with three subjects: a blind student, her companion and an official of the University Accessibility Department, which allowed us to know the challenges of this inclusion process.
