This work appears to evaluate the impacts of the National Programme for Information Technology in Education in the living conditions of the students of public elementary schools, checking its relation to the process of socio-digital inclusion. For this evaluative research was used questionnaires, interviews with a school community (student-teacher-director-family), and participant observation, with visits to schools and conducting a focus group made up of students.
