Identification and comparison of correction and error rates of radiation transitions by data measured by an arduino luminosity sensor and a pyreliometer

Energy is a very important natural resource for all living creatures. The research of this work is related to solar energy. In order to achieve a proper way to take advantage of this solar resource, it is necessary to analyze the places and times where solar radiation is highest. Within this context, clouds play an important role in the use of the solar energy resource, as they are responsible for covering the sun, thus reducing the direct solar radiation available at certain periods of the day. In this work a prototype developed in the LESGN of the UFC was applied. This device is called Solar Irradiation Time Meter (SITM), and uses an Arduino Micro controller board. The measurement is done by means of six LDR's (Light Dependent Resistor), generating data with the values of its resistances according to the luminosity emitted by the sunlight. Direct radiation data obtained with a pyrheliometer were also used. This work aims to evaluate these data obtained by these two devices and search through them to identify the presence of a cloud covering the sky. The arrangement of the generated data is done by a classifier that determines if at any given moment the data belongs to the class cloud or not cloud. The data is based on moving averages and the increments of them. From the classification results obtained by the data in the two sensors, the process of obtaining the confusion matrix of the same was done to make a correct comparison of the fidelity and error rates of the classification algorithm and to calculate the Kappa coefficient, which estimates the classification performance levels.A energia é um recurso natural de suma importância para todos os seres vivos. A pesquisa deste trabalho está relacionada com a energia solar. No intuito de se conseguir uma boa forma de aproveitamento deste recurso é necessária uma análise dos locais e horários onde é maior a radiação solar. Dentro deste contexto, as nuvens desempenham um papel de importância na utilização do recurso energético solar, pois elas são responsáveis por cobrir o sol, diminuindo assim a radiação solar direta disponível em alguns momentos do dia. Neste trabalho utilizou-se um protótipo desenvolvido no LESGN da UFC. Este dispositivo é denominado Medidor de Tempo de Irradiação Solar (MTIS) , e utiliza uma placa Micro controladora Arduino. A medição se dá por meio de seis LDR´s (Light Dependent Resistor). Utilizaram-se também valores de radiação direta obtidos com um pireliômetro. Este trabalho tem por objetivo avaliar estes dados obtidos por estes dois dispositivos e buscar através deles a identificação da presença de uma nuvem cobrindo o céu. É feita à classificação dos dados gerados por meio de um classificador que determina se num instante o dado pertence à classe nuvem ou não nuvem. Ele é baseado em médias móveis e incrementos das mesmas. Foi feito, a partir dos resultados de classificação obtidos pelos dados nos dois sensores, o processo de obtenção da matriz de confusão dos mesmos para realizar a devida comparação das taxas de acertos e erros do algoritmo de classificação e calcular o coeficiente Kappa, que é um estimador dos níveis de desempenho da classificação
