Labour and education: capital reproduction by the professional teaching

The goal of this article is to present the labour as founding category of the social being. Human activity, in its ontological sense, that differentiates the man from the other animals when tranforming the nature. Humanizing the man himself. We approach in this study the labour issue and its alterations in the elapse of the human history, in specific when occurs the consolidation of the capitalist system, since, inside this system the previous human ideation was aspired by this production act system, the man became to be only the labour force. Therefore, we present the thought of some classical authors of the Marxism such as Ivo Tonet, Sérgio Lessa and Isteván Mészáros which approach the capitalism issue and its relations, mainly the ones that permeate the scope of the discussions on the education in a society divided in classes and search for forms of keeping the social inequalities. Being the education one of the reproduction forms of the capitalist society, we present in this study the professional system as granter of the preparation of the labour force, ensuring this way, by means of education the maintenance of the system itself.O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar o trabalho como categoria fundante do ser social. Atividade humana, em seu sentido ontológico, diferencia o homem dos demais animais, ao transformar a natureza, humaniza o próprio homem. Abordamos neste estudo a questão do trabalho e suas alterações no decorrer da história da humanidade, destacando a época de consolidação do sistema capitalista, visto que, dentro deste sistema, o homem passou a ser apenas força de trabalho e a prévia ideação humana reduzida ao ato de produção. Para tanto, apresentamos o pensamento de alguns autores clássicos do marxismo como Ivo Tonet, Sergio Lessa e István Mészáros os quais abordam a questão do capitalismo e suas relações, principalmente as que permeiam o âmbito das discussões sobre a educação numa sociedade dividida em classes, e busca formas de manter as desigualdades sociais. Sendo a educação uma das formas de reprodução da sociedade capitalista, apresentamos neste estudo o ensino profissional como assegurador da preparação da força de trabalho, garantindo por meio da educação a manutenção do próprio sistema
