Between the decades from 1960 to 1980, Brazil experienced political, economic and social change, with a project that was part of planned interventions by the state to promote growth and strengthen the country. In this context, the aim of this study was to describe the changes in the routes of the Federal Network of Ceará in Fortaleza, between 1960 and 1980 to understand the contexts that influenced the courses of vocational education at this school.
