The workers that act in Health Family Strategy face, in their daily life, situations (precarious work conditions, difficult relationships at work, work overload, unfavorable community's social conditions) that can cause serious psychic stress, and to worsen the situation, their health doesn't receive the attention needed. We intend in this study, to identify among the workers with risk of depression and anxiety, those that developed some kind of sickness; to investigate among the workers that got sick, the prepossession factors; to evidence the defensive strategies used for mental sickness prevention and to identify the care practices used by the workers, using a qualitative approach, under the social epidemiology focus.
