This masters research aimed to analyze the speeches of teachers of the deaf listeners about the categories: culture, sign language and Deaf Identity, bilingual perspective. She was held at the State School of Audiocomunicação "Demosthenes da Cunha Lima"-EDAC, located in the city of Campina Grande-PB, school which served a total of 189 deaf students from the city of Campina Grande - PB and other surrounding Brazilian municipalities, distributed in a total of 21 classes in every year to basic education, in three shifts.
