The current speech on Human Rights is characterized by the ambivalence. Both proclaimed and denied, they constitute a fundamental reference for the democratic construction. There is a growing conviction that if they’re not internalized into the individual and collective mentalities, the culture of Human Rights won’t be constructed in our society. And, in that horizon, the educational processes are very important. This work is part of the research “Education on Human Rights in Latin America and in Brazil: historical genesis and nowadays reality”.
